Site installers (Site riggers & Boilermakers)

Summary:

We are seeking experienced Site Installers (Site Riggers & Boilermakers) to join our dynamic team in Wyong, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in the building and construction industry, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of structural components. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, contributing to the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble structural steel components according to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Installer, Site Rigger, or Boilermaker in the building and construction industry.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed. (Travel paid & Transport provided)
