  • About the role:
  • Join Supervision Group as a Client Service Officer based in our South Perth, WA office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and office support to assist in the smooth running of our operations.
  • What you’ll be doing:
  • Reception duties
  • Liaising with clients
  • Mail duties – incoming and outgoing
  • Scanning
  • Data Entry
  • Collation and sending documents for electronic signing
  • Liaising with the ATO and use of ATO portal
  • Generating of clients and updates to client info in Xero and Xero Practice Manager
  • Sending tax returns for signatures to clients
  • Lodging tax returns
  • Handling of ATO correspondence such as NOA’s, payment slips, and payment plans via ATO Smart Docs platform
  • Use of email, MS Teams and phone correspondence
  • Generating and responding to ethical letters
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and signatures
  • Onboarding new clients and gathering the relevant information required to complete their engagement
  • Now Infinity ASIC Management: Generating and lodging relevant client forms. Assisting in entity set ups & windups.

  • Proven experience in office administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and a proactive problem-solving mindset

  • The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in client service administration within an accounting practice;
  • Social and outgoing nature who has a team player mentality;
  • The ability to join in, and add to, the positive culture of our practice;
  • You will be reliable, hands-on and energetic about your role;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise and strong time management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong administration skills;
  • Experience using accounting systems including:
  • Xero Practice Manager (XPM);
  • Xero and MYOB;
  • Experience with Practice Ignition to prepare proposals and engagements;
  • Electronic document management systems;
  • Electronic digital signing platforms;
  • Be familiar with ASIC portal, forms and requirements;
  • Be familiar with the ATO;
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive “can do attitude”;
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Experience in using collaboration applications would be advantageous;
