🏡 About the Role
As a DANS Care Worker, you’ll support clients to live well at home and stay connected to their community. Every day is different, meaningful, and rewarding.
Your tasks may include:
- Assisting with personal care, meals, medications, and daily routines
- Providing transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings
- Offering companionship and being a trusted, friendly presence
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing at every opportunity
You’ll be supported by a friendly office team, a dedicated
Team Leader, and regular training—so you always feel confident and valued in
your role.

👀 What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community support (life experience counts too!)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check (we reimburse if needed)
- Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR
- Most importantly: a warm, reliable, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
