We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in North Sydney. This temporary, casual role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality and catering industry. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
• Oversee coffee machine settings and perform routine maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their experience
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
• Experience in front of house roles is advantageous
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
