SEO Specialist (All Levels) – Relocate to Melbourne or Sydney

These roles are based in our Melbourne or Sydney offices, and are hybrid. We’re advertising in Canberra because we want to bring great SEOs to our team, and we’ll help you get here with a full relocation package.

What roles are we offering:

We’re hiring at three levels, so whether you’re a few years into SEO or already leading big accounts, there’s a seat for you.

SEO Specialist

You’ll own your client campaigns end to end, from strategy and technical SEO through to content briefs and reporting. You’ll work directly with clients, with no account manager in the middle.

• Experience: 1–2+ years in an SEO role
• Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + super

Senior SEO Specialist

You’ll lead some of our biggest, highest-impact campaigns across technical, on-page, off-page and content. You’ll run audits, turn them into clear roadmaps, mentor juniors and step in as 2IC to your direct Manager when needed.

• Experience: 2–3+ years hands-on SEO, including time as an SEO Specialist
• Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 + super

Enterprise SEO Manager

You’ll own a portfolio of our biggest accounts, with big-name brands on $8k–$20k+ monthly retainers, from onboarding and strategy through to execution and reporting. You’ll also help shape our enterprise offering, support major pitches, and share your expertise through internal training.

• Experience: 5+ years hands-on SEO, including time at a senior level
• Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 + super

• Owning client campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting
• Auditing websites and driving the fixes for technical SEO issues
• Talking directly with clients, from day-to-day contacts to senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with our content, offsite and Digital PR specialists
• Using AI to work smarter and sharpen your SEO
• Sharing what you know, because a rising tide lifts all hawks

Must haves:

• Currently residing in Australia and willing to relocate to Melbourne or Sydney.
• The experience listed for the role you’re applying for.
• Hands-on with tools like GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
• Confident in communicating with clients via email, phone and meetings.
• Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
• A creative mindset – you like to think outside of the box.

Salary & Compensation:

We believe in transparency – here’s what each role offers:

• SEO Specialist: AUD $75,000 to $85,000 + super
• Senior SEO Specialist: AUD $100,000 to $110,000 + super
• Enterprise SEO Manager: AUD $110,000 to $120,000 + super
