The Opportunity
As Portfolio Brand Manager, you will translate marketing strategy into disciplined, commercially sound execution across the Moi portfolio.
Operating as a senior individual contributor, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand, category, pricing, and sales ensuring our plans are clear, practical, and delivered to a high standard in market.
Supported by a Marketing Executive, you’ll own campaign execution, strengthen category frameworks, and enable Sales with tools and insight that drive growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead Campaign & Launch Execution
• Deliver approved campaigns and NPD launches end-to-end
• Coordinate agencies and stakeholders to ensure on-time execution
• Manage A&P budgets and review performance outcomes
Own Category & Pricing Frameworks
• Maintain pricing and promotional strategy by channel
• Develop clear brand and category narratives
• Create practical sales tools aligned to margin and portfolio goals
• Support Joint Business Planning with insights and analysis
Support Brand Partner Plans
• Prepare inputs for JBPs and business reviews
• Coordinate monthly KPI reporting and performance tracking
• Ensure delivery against agreed commitments
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure execution readiness
• Escalate risks early and maintain delivery momentum
About You
You’re commercially sharp, you bring structure, analytical capability, and the confidence to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving FMCG environment You’re relationship-oriented, resilient, and motivated by delivering commercially relevant outcomes
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing, trade marketing, or category roles with strong Sales exposure
• FMCG experience preferred
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid project management capability
