Cleaning Services Supervisor | Hunter Valley Region

Strike Forces Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing operations team!

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, promoting a positive safety culture and helping drive high standards of performance across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building capable, engaged and successful teams.

For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Client Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support site-based teams.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment, consumables and PPE across allocated sites.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and daily pre-start meetings.
• Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
• Support onboarding, recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Conduct regular site visits, safety observations and workplace inspections.
• Coordinate rosters, timesheets and workforce administration.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes and operational efficiency.

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
• Experience within cleaning, industrial services, facilities management or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
• Previous mine site experience is highly regarded.
