The opportunity 

As our Brisbane office continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and help deliver exciting projects across Queensland. 

In this role, you will:

• Deliver civil engineering projects from concept and feasibility through to design and construction 
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations and assessments 
• Prepare detailed civil designs and engineering reports for industrial, commercial and land development projects 
• Design roads, drainage, earthworks and flexible and rigid pavements 
• Develop stormwater management solutions, including flood modelling and civil DA documentation 
• Prepare tender, design and construction documentation 
• Conduct civil site inspections and provide construction support to ensure quality project outcomes 
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and resolve design solutions 
• Assist with project planning, budgets, quality assurance and delivery 
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project outcomes 
• Support and share knowledge with junior engineers and designers 
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Brisbane team 

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferable within a consulting environment 
• Experience with 12D, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MUSIC or XPStorm will be highly regarded 
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, planning frameworks, engineering codes and local authority requirements 
• Strong stormwater, flood modelling and pavement design knowledge  
• RPEQ registration (or ability to gain) is highly desirable. 
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team. 
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
