About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Roofing Division, based in Caboolture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee on-site installation activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and supporting builders and subcontractors on-site
• Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections
• Completing site measures and coordinating work schedules
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in residential construction or roofing.
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to teams
• Managing job documentation and reporting via system apps

What You’ll Bring

• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant Australian Standards for roofing installation and work health and safety legislation.Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (or equivalent experience
• Strong background in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)
• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into supervision
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
