Processing Operator / Factory Hand – Stainless Steel Processing | WA
Full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, at our Bibra Lake Distribution Centre. Our operating hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a range of shift options available.
The Opportunity
Looking for a stable, long-term role with real career growth in a family-owned business? We’re looking for a Processing Operator / Factory Hand with forklift experience to join our Processing team.
In this hands-on role, you’ll help process and move stainless and performance steel safely and efficiently, while ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the day-to-day warehouse and processing operation, including:
- Loading plate and bar onto cutting machines to match works orders
- Putting away stock and offcuts in the right locations and keeping storage optimised
- Cleaning, labelling and packing processed product, then preparing it for dispatch
- Helping with incoming deliveries and moving stock around the site
- Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised

What You’ll Bring
Essential
- LF Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Experience working in a trade assistance role
- Knowledge & experience with power tools
- Knowledge of care, maintenance, and operation of bandsaw cutting machinery
- Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
Desirable
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Experience operating forklifts
- Experience handling stainless steel products
- Dogman’s licence or overhead crane experience
