What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section with confidence — Reading tables, anticipating needs, and keeping pace without ever looking rushed.
- Knowing the menu inside out — Understanding how dishes are built, key ingredients, and making recommendations that elevate the meal.
- Managing dietary needs — Handling allergens and guest preferences with absolute accuracy.
- Beverage guidance — Confidently navigating food, wine, and cocktail pairings to enhance the overall experience.
- Section maintenance — Setting up, resetting, and closing down your section to high operational standards every shift.
- Team-first execution — Stepping in early, sharing the load, and keeping service flowing seamlessly across the floor.
Who We’re Looking For
- Floor experience — Previous experience in high-volume, quality-driven restaurant environments preferred.
