Solar Service Electrician Wanted – $55–$60/hr + Overtime + Van🚨(Lawnton)

Springers Solar – QLD’s biggest battery installer – is looking for a qualified electrician to join our growing Service Team!

Looking for a change of pace or to get off the roof? Enjoy a varied role working across solar, batteries and general electrical service, with a company van and phone provided.

✅ $55–$60/hr depending on experience and tickets 

✅ Company van and phone provided 

✅ 13 RDOs + 17% leave loading 

✅ Plenty of overtime available if you want it 

✅ Work 1:1 with an apprentice each day 

✅ Varied work across solar, batteries and EV chargers 

✅ Ongoing training and development opportunities

About the role:

You’ll be working across a range of solar, battery and electrical service jobs, including:

• EV charger installations
• Solar and battery fault finding and troubleshooting
• Wi-Fi reconnections and system monitoring issues
• General service call-outs
• Battery replacements and repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving customer issues

You’ll be paired 1:1 with an apprentice each day, giving you an extra set of hands while helping develop the next generation of sparkies.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified A-Grade Electrician
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicating with customers
• Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety
• Solar and battery experience is a bonus
• SAA Solar & Battery accreditation is highly regarded but not essential
