About the Role

This role is responsible for leading agronomic performance across our outdoor cropping, glasshouse, and flower systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining crop plans and planting schedules
• Monitoring crop health and managing pest, disease, and nutrition programmes
• Producing accurate harvest forecasts
• Utilising production systems (e.g. Apunga, Priva) to support planning, monitoring, and analysis
• Coordinating soil and tissue testing
• Analysing yield performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Leading trials of new varieties, inputs, and growing techniques
• Providing clear technical guidance to operational teams

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field
• Confident using crop management and production systems (experience with Apunga, Priva, or similar advantageous)
• Passionate about crop performance and continuous improvement
• Analytical and data-driven
• Practical and comfortable working hands-on in the field
• Confident communicating across operational teams

We are also open to recent graduates with strong technical foundations and a desire to grow. For graduates, we offer structured development, mentorship, and exposure across multiple crop systems.
