Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with pricing landscape maintenance tenders, contracts and service proposals
• Review specifications, scopes, drawings, schedules and site information
• Conduct take-offs and assist with labour, materials, equipment and resource calculations
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Assist with site visits, inspections and tender queries
• Support preparation of tender submissions, schedules and supporting documentation
• Complete compliance checks and ensure submissions meet client requirements
• Maintain estimating registers, cost databases and contract records
• Work closely with Operations to ensure pricing is practical, accurate and achievable
• Assist with handovers from successful tenders into Operations
• Track tender outcomes and help maintain pricing and market information
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Develop your knowledge of commercial landscaping, maintenance operations and contract pricing
