Customer Service Superstar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing vehicle rental transactions, and contributing to incremental sales performance. This is a full-time position working on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities:

– Welcome customers to the branch with professionalism and outstanding customer service skills

– Process vehicle rental transactions efficiently

– Drive vehicles within the depot, as well as our Courtesy Shuttle for airport pick-up/drop-off

– Complete administrative tasks such as checklists and reports

– Contribute to incremental sales performance

Qualifications:

– Entry-level experience in customer service

– Full clean driving license

– Availability for full-time work
