Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our global Product Marketing team and help shape how Smokeball positions, launches, and grows our products across key markets.

You’ll own and evolve our global messaging and positioning, turning what we build into why firms choose us, stay with us, and grow with us. You’ll be the connective tissue between product, sales, enablement and marketing bringing products to market in growing verticals, owning competitive and customer insights, and driving GTM strategies and growth campaigns globally.

You won’t inherit a finished playbook, you’ll help build one, on some of Smokeball’s most commercially important work. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you’ll need to be sharp at both.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·Evolve Smokeball’s platform and solution-level positioning and messaging globally, in partnership with leadership

•Own positioning and messaging across product tiers, practice areas and segments equipping client facing teams with targeted value props and product stories

•Create and refresh deep-funnel assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, blog posts, demo videos) to support the sales cycle

•Track the legal-tech competitive and market landscape, translating it into practical insights for product, marketing and client-facing teams

•Synthesise voice-of-customer insights to inform messaging and GTM strategy

•Develop and maintain ICPs and buyer personas across key segments

•Use client, competitive and market data to shape roadmap and GTM decisions with product leadership

•Lead GTM launch planning for major releases and build quarterly launch strategies/campaigns with marketing and client success

•Identify adoption/expansion opportunities and deliver targeted growth programs with client-facing teams

•Own success metrics driving product, acquisition and client growth

 

About You

·Proven experience in producing marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

·A proven track record of delivering performance-driven product marketing plans, including GTM launches and strategic campaigns, that have resulted in tangible growth

·Experience working in a rapidly growing environment that demands a combination of strong product knowledge, exceptional storytelling and commercial understanding

·Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities, with an eye for prioritization

·Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels

·Experience working closely with sales and client success teams, and building messaging and enablement that gets used

·Experienced in storytelling, with the ability to turn complex product information into clear, compelling narratives

·Curious about AI and emerging tools, with an appetite for using them to improve research, drafting, synthesis and speed

·Experience in legal tech, professional services, compliance-adjacent markets or SMB software would be highly regarded
