to the people you support?
Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Smart Solutions Rehab Group is a tight-knit,
multidisciplinary team of clinicians who genuinely love what we do. We’re
looking for an OT who’s confident across the full breadth of OT practice – from children to
adolescents and adults to older adults– and who’s ready to bring that experience into a team that has your back, not just a caseload to clear. Experience in home modifications, paediatric, or psychosocial practice is highly desirable, as these are areas we’re looking to grow within our team.
What makes SSRG different:
- Strong clinical leadership
that leads with people first, backed by trained, experienced supervisors
who know how to support you

learning and support that grows with you, not just onboard you
- A warm, collaborative and
genuinely connected team – open conversations, shared laughs, and
colleagues who’ve got your back.
- Flexibility and autonomy
within your day
- The right mix of support,
structure, and independence
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing
community-based and in clinic OT services to children, adolescents and adults and older adults
- Functional assessments, home modifications,
AT scripting, ADL retraining, cognitive rehab, pressure care, oedema
management, sensory assessment, therapeutic intervention and psychosocial support
- Working closely with our
multidisciplinary team (OTs, Physios, EPs, Speech Pathologists)
- Opportunity to extend into
other funding streams, including Support at Home, DVA, and private
What You’ll Get
- Support from experienced
clinicians and leaders through regular supervision and CPD
- Realistic caseloads that
support quality care and your own wellbeing
- A spacious, modern
Maroochydore office, plus the flexibility of community-based work
- Social events and genuine
team culture
- Company car, laptop, and
iPad supplied
What You’ll Need
- Formal OT qualifications
and AHPRA registration
- NDIS Worker Screening,
police check, current first aid certificate
- Current driver’s licence
- Confidence working
independently with NDIS clients, experience in home modifications,
therapeutic support, or psychosocial/mental health-related OT is desired
- Comfortable managing your
own caseload with support as required
- A passion for
client-centred care and a proactive, team-focused attitude
