About the Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible supporting the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily F&B operations of the resort, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff during shifts, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. With a hands-on approach, you’ll craft exceptional guest moments, enhance operational efficiencies, and set benchmarks for excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Manage F&B staff during shifts, ensuring they follow service standards and procedures. 
• Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching and support. 
• Support the F&B Manager to manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels. 
• Address any staff issues or conflicts promptly and professionally. 
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues immediately. 
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to the F&B Manager. 
• Promote a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the resort. 
• Assist in developing and implementing promotions and special events to enhance the guest experience. 
• Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. 
• Manage inventory levels, including restocking supplies and checking deliveries. 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
