About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our hardworking Victorian team based in Ringwood, managing signage projects for prominent corporate clients. This mid-level role, reporting into the State Manager, offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and client relationship management, with opportunities for career development across our Australian and US offices.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage signage projects as part of a team or as an account manager from client request to completion using our asset management system, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering strong, proactive client relationships and identifying opportunities to shape future work.
• Keep accurate project records to support team collaboration and continuity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Conduct site audits and support national programs, with occasional travel as required.
• Contribute to process improvements and brand promotion, supporting marketing and identifying new business opportunities.
About You
• Experienced in project management with signage industry experience preferred
• Confident communicator with clients and contractors
• Skilled in stakeholder relationship building
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong technical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently through tasks
• Adaptable, self-driven, and collaborative
