ShareSorted is looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Property Officer to join our growing team.

This is a genuine entry-level opportunity and no previous real estate experience is required. It’s particularly suited to someone coming from hospitality, retail or customer service who is used to working in a busy environment, juggling multiple priorities and dealing with different people every day.

We’ll provide the training and support—you bring the energy, reliability and people skills.

The Role

Your main focus will be conducting property viewings and helping prospective tenants find their new home.

Our administration team handles the scheduling, paperwork and agreements, allowing you to focus on being out in the field, meeting people and representing ShareSorted.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings and tours
• Meeting and speaking with prospective clients
• Presenting properties in a professional and welcoming manner
• Inspecting and reporting on property conditions
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or property issues
• Communicating with our property and administration teams
• Assisting with general property-related tasks when required

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need previous real estate experience.

You may currently be working in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail or another customer-facing role and looking for your first opportunity to build a career in property.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Are confident and comfortable talking to new people
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Can multitask and manage your time well
• Have a positive attitude and plenty of energy
• Are reliable, organised and punctual
