We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Happiness team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding support and build positive relationships with our valued customers by providing timely, professional, and effective assistance. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Team Player
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
