What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales in casual leasing, media, and activations
- Manage the casual mall leasing program to complement the centre’s retail and marketing strategy
- Align leasing and activation activity with seasonal campaigns, community events, and sponsorships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, national brands, and event partners
- Track performance through budgets, forecasts, and reporting – identifying opportunities for growth
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone with:
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to deliver under pressure
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (business, marketing, property, etc.) – desirable, but not essential
