What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales in casual leasing, media, and activations
  • Manage the casual mall leasing program to complement the centre’s retail and marketing strategy
  • Align leasing and activation activity with seasonal campaigns, community events, and sponsorships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, national brands, and event partners
  • Track performance through budgets, forecasts, and reporting – identifying opportunities for growth

What You’ll Bring

You’re someone with:

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to deliver under pressure
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (business, marketing, property, etc.) – desirable, but not essential
