About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality personal care and practical support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will help clients with daily living activities, monitor their wellbeing and create a safe, supportive environment that promotes dignity, choice and quality of life.

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
  • Previous experience in a support or care role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence
  • Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Experience with hoists, seizure management and dysphagia preferred
