As a Support Worker at SensesWA, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disability to live safer, more independent and fulfilling lives. This is a part-time/full-time opportunity where your

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality personal care and practical support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will help clients with daily living activities, monitor their wellbeing and create a safe, supportive
environment that promotes dignity, choice and quality of life.

Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
- Previous experience in a support or care role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid Certificate
- Valid Australian working rights
- Experience with hoists, seizure management and dysphagia preferred
