Salesforce Solution Lead

The opportunity

   We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Lead for a large-scale transformation program with a highly regarded Australian federal government organization. You will turn complex business and service requirements into cohesive Salesforce solutions, working with stakeholders, designers, architects and delivery teams from discovery through to go-live.  

What you’ll do

   Lead discovery workshops and define business outcomes, scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.  Translate business processes and user needs into Salesforce solution designs and delivery-ready work packages.  Shape solutions across customer, case and service management and digital channels.  Align functional designs with data, integration, identity, security and user experience requirements.  Assess solution options, explain trade-offs and minimise unnecessary customisation.  Guide analysts, administrators and developers through implementation.  Review delivered functionality and support testing, demonstrations and release readiness.  Contribute to Salesforce Knowledge and AI-assisted capabilities where relevant.  

What you’ll bring

   Strong experience leading Salesforce solution design and delivery on complex, large-scale programs.  Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration and service processes.  The ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear designs, user stories and acceptance criteria.  Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and agile delivery skills.   Experience with federal government clients, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Knowledge, Marketing Cloud or large enterprise integrations would be highly regarded.
