About the role

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Integration Developer to connect Salesforce with enterprise applications and on-premises systems. You will work closely with Seers’ Solution Architect, Salesforce specialists and .NET developers to deliver secure, reliable integrations and support the transition from legacy platforms.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integration flows.
• Connect Salesforce with enterprise applications, databases and legacy systems.
• Develop data mappings, transformations and interfaces using Mule 4 and DataWeave.
• Implement secure connectivity, authentication and access controls.
• Build unit and integration tests covering data integrity, error handling and end-to-end processing.
• Support data migration, reconciliation and production cutover activities.
• Establish monitoring, logging and alerts to help support teams identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain API documentation, technical specifications and operational runbooks.
• Contribute to source control, CI/CD pipelines and release activities.
• Support production deployment, platform stabilisation and legacy interface retirement.

What you’ll bring

• At least five years of integration development experience, including hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform delivery.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong skills in Mule 4, DataWeave and API-led connectivity.
• Experience integrating Salesforce through REST, SOAP and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with secure on-premises connectivity, database connectors and file-based interfaces.
• Strong SQL, data transformation and mapping skills.
• Experience with MUnit or comparable integration testing approaches.
• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD and agile delivery.
• Clear communication and technical documentation skills.

Highly regarded

• Experience with TechnologyOne integrations, CloudHub or Anypoint Runtime Fabric.
• MuleSoft Integration Architect certification.
• Java development experience.
• Oracle database, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX or ETL experience.
• Experience delivering integrations in government or regulated environments.
