About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Leadership and Project Management Facilitators based in Darwin for our Northern Territory clients to deliver our industry-aligned short courses to corporate and public cohorts. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced project professionals who are passionate about developing others and enjoy facilitating engaging, real-world learning experiences.

 

About the Role

As a Facilitator, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality leadership and project management workshops (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Facilitate small group learning in a corporate environment
  • Draw on your industry experience to bring practical examples into the classroom
  • Support participants to apply project management tools and frameworks in their workplace
  • Contribute to an outstanding learner experience aligned to AIM’s standards

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering leadership and project management methodologies, frameworks and practices
  • Experience facilitating small group training in a business or corporate environment
  • Must be based in Darwin, Northern Territory full-time

Please note: Successful candidates will be engaged as independent contractors and must have their own ABN or ACN.

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Consulting or advisory experience in project delivery or transformation programs
  • Experience working across multiple industries or sectors

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Confident facilitating project management and leadership training across online, in-person, and hybrid formats.
  • Able to facilitate meaningful discussion, encourage participation, and connect project management and leadership concepts to practical workplace situations.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, Teams, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
