This is more than simply serving food and drinks. It’s about creating an experience, knowing the menu, anticipating what a guest might need, taking pride in presentation and making every interaction feel effortless and genuine.

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in a fine dining venue or section waiting  
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences 
• A polished and professional approach to service 
• Strong communication and a natural ability to connect with guests 
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation 
• Confidence working in a quality dining environment 
• A willingness to learn and develop your food and beverage knowledge 
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, clubs or quality hospitality environments is preferred 
• Reliability, initiative and a strong team mindset 
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays 
• RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain
