Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for creating exceptional breakfast experiences that reflect ROKI’s dedication to quality, innovation, and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver a high-quality breakfast menu, including both classic and innovative dishes.

Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste meet ROKI Collection standards.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal dishes and specials.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.

Manage inventory, stock, and minimize waste.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef, preferably in high-end or boutique hospitality.

Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and modern cooking techniques.

Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for presentation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Team player with excellent communication skills.
