RoboFit · Where 1% wins stack up into life-changing progress
Occupational Therapist Part Time or Full Time | NSW · VIC · QLD
Why this role is different
At RoboFit, we work alongside clients living with spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson’s disease, FND, stroke, chronic pain and other neurological conditions helping them rebuild independence, one meaningful milestone at a time.
You don’t need to arrive knowing every condition or piece of equipment in our toolkit. We’ll provide the training. What we can’t train for is the drive to keep climbing mountains alongside your clients. That needs to come from you.
Our clinics across NSW, VIC and QLD are purpose-built for neuro-rehab: modern, accessible community environments designed so you can do your best work. And as RoboFit grows, so do the paths available to you into leadership, specialised clinical streams, or research, for those who want them.
What you’ll do
- Deliver person-centred occupational therapy to clients across a range of neurological and musculoskeletal presentations, focusing on functional improvement, independence and quality of life.
- Assess and support clients with activities of daily living, home and community participation, and assistive technology needs — including cutting-edge neuro-rehab technology.
- Collaborate across disciplines, working alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and community health professionals to keep care aligned with each client’s goals.
- Support clients across funding schemes, including writing AT reports and functional assessments that help clients access and maintain their NDIS and other funding.
- Build genuine relationships with clients, families and support networks — inside the clinic and out in the community.
- Pick up the broom: contribute to case reviews, clinical mentoring, team education, and wherever the team needs you.
Who you are
You’re a registered occupational therapist who brings curiosity, compassion and creativity to every session. You might have a solid background in neuro-rehab, or you’re earlier in your career and hungry to build one properly — either way, you show up for your clients and your teammates.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Feel genuinely energised when a client hits a milestone they didn’t think was possible
- Thrive in a collaborative team and share knowledge freely
- Are excited by emerging technology and the future of neuroplasticity research
- Communicate clearly with clients, families and other health professionals
- Want a role that sustains you
Experience with neurological populations is ideal, but we welcome applications from OTs with a genuine passion for moving into this space and the readiness to learn.
What we offer
A team that wins together Close-knit, supportive clinic culture built on collaboration. No internal competition — just a shared purpose to support our community.

Work-life balance for real We know neuro-rehab is emotionally demanding. Flexibility, support and genuine care for your wellbeing are part of the deal.
A future worth growing into As RoboFit expands, so do the opportunities — leadership roles, specialised clinical streams and research involvement for those who want them.

- Current AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist
