About the Project

Robe River Services (RRS), the business entity of the Robe River Kuruma Aboriginal Corporation, is the majority owner of Yardi Mining Services—a joint venture with CSI Mining Services (Mineral Resources Ltd). Together, we deliver large‑scale mining, civil and rehabilitation services while creating long‑term employment pathways for Robe River Kuruma Traditional Owners.

Yardi is commencing a new land rehabilitation project supporting current and legacy mining operations in the Pilbara. We are building a stable operational workforce to deliver safe, high‑quality rehabilitation outcomes. This is an 8‑month project with strong potential for long‑term extension, working a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Civil and Rehabilitation Operators for the following roles:

  • Dozer Operator (D9)
  • Loader Operator
  • Grader Operator
  • Dump Truck Operator
  • Excavator Operator (up to 35T)

Competitive market rates apply and may vary depending on shift or day‑only work.

Role Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Check (within 12 months)
  • Pre‑employment medical and LAB DAS (Rio Tinto LAB DAS within 28 days)
  • Ability to work in remote locations
  • Rio Tinto induction (advantageous)

Skills & Experience

  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Nationally recognised operating tickets
  • Solid technical ability and attention to detail
  • Flexible, reliable and team‑focused
  • Final trim experience (advantageous)
  • Experience with GPS systems such as Trimble (highly regarded)
