Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team in Paget (Mackay), Queensland. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient supply of automotive spare parts to our customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting retail customers with parts enquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
• Identifying and sourcing parts for a wide range of heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Managing the flow of parts to our internal workshop.
• Keeping Workshop Controllers and Service Advisors updated on parts availability and ETAs.
• Liaising with external suppliers to source parts required for repairs.
• Following up outstanding parts and keeping customers and internal teams informed.
• Processing orders, receipting and general parts administration.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail across all parts transactions.

• Forklift handling license preferred.
• In possession of a current driver’s licence.
