At Resly, we’re building one of the leading property management platforms for the accommodation industry, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help us take our engineering team to the next level.

We’re a remote-first team across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Sri Lanka, with our HQ based on the Gold Coast.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build software that’s scalable, maintainable and genuinely loved by our customers.
- Design, build and deliver high-quality features across the full stack.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges from design through to delivery.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decision making.
- Collaborate with Product to shape solutions, not just implement requirements.
- Mentor and support other developers while helping lift engineering standards.
- Improve code quality, testing practices and deployment processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability and developer experience.
- Continuously look for better ways of building great software.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
- Significant experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer building modern web applications.
- Strong experience with Node.js and React (or similar technologies).
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable software used in production environments.
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing and code reviews.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
- Experience working in fast-paced Agile teams.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge ideas, contribute to discussions and collaborate across teams.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- GCP or Firebase
- Large-scale SaaS platforms
- System architecture or platform scaling initiatives
- Mentoring developers or leading technical projects
