Reporting to the EGM Assets & Capital Deployment, this is a unique opportunity to partner with senior leaders across the business and play a key role in supporting Repurpose It’s growing national capital portfolio. Working at the intersection of finance, operations and strategy, you will provide commercial insights, financial governance and decision support that help drive investment outcomes and business performance.

About the Role

As Senior Finance Business Partner – Assets & Capital Deployment, you will:

• Partner with executive and operational leaders to support strategic investment and capital allocation decisions

• Provide commercial analysis, financial modelling and business case support for major capital projects and initiatives

• Drive capital portfolio planning, forecasting, reporting and performance monitoring

• Support governance processes and investment approval frameworks across the capital program

• Deliver insights and recommendations that improve decision-making and enhance commercial outcomes

• Monitor project performance, capital expenditure and benefits realisation across the portfolio

• Work closely with finance, operations, engineering and project teams to drive accountability and performance

• Prepare high-quality reporting and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Significant experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or investment analysis roles

• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and business case development skills

• Experience supporting capital projects, infrastructure, asset-intensive businesses or large-scale investment programs

• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions

• Experience working within complex operational or project-based environments

• Professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline (CA/CPA highly regarded)

• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
