About the role

We are seeking a Multi-Purpose Operator to join our Organics team in the Bark, Mulch & Soil yard. You’ll operate loaders, excavators and other licensed equipment while supporting stock movement, screening and general yard operations.

You’ll also complete equipment checks, basic maintenance and housekeeping to help keep the yard running safely and efficiently.

About you

  • Experience operating heavy machinery in a similar role.
  • Safety-focused, reliable and a genuine team player.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Relevant licences and tickets for the equipment you operate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate loaders, excavators and other mobile plant as required.
  • Support stock movement, loading and screening operations.
  • Complete pre-start checks, basic maintenance and equipment housekeeping.
  • Follow all safety, traffic management and environmental requirements.
