Branch Manager – Tennant Creek

Remote Industries Australia is seeking an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to take ownership of our Tennant Creek operations.

This role will oversee the day-to-day running of the branch and workshop and act as the first point of contact for services delivered through Tennant Creek. You’ll coordinate staff, suppliers, equipment and local resources while supporting our civil, concrete, cartage and remote project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Tennant Creek branch
• Oversee workshop activities and branch personnel
• Coordinate local suppliers, contractors, freight and resources
• Support project mobilisation and remote operations
• Manage the branch yard, facilities, stock and equipment
• Ensure safe, organised and efficient branch operations
• Liaise with management and project teams on operational requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in branch, operations or workshop management
• Experience in civil construction, heavy transport, concrete, mining or similar heavy industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Practical knowledge of workshops, vehicles, plant and equipment
• The ability to work autonomously and solve problems
• Strong communication and supplier-management skills
• Current driver’s licence

Regional or remote experience will be highly regarded.
