We are seeking a People and Talent Lead to shape and lead RTG’s people strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition as part of our redesigned operating model.
This isn’t an “HR officer who also helps with recruitment” role. It’s a combined People & Talent lead a deliberate redesign of how we do people work.
What You’ll Drive
You will bring a passion for people, performance and impact and help RTG build a workforce ready for the future.
- This role goes beyond operations and a stand alone role. You will shape RTG’s
people strategy, influence leadership decision-making, and design
scalable, modern people practices enabled by automation and AI-supported
workflows.
- Lead
the full employee lifecycle from attraction, recruitment and onboarding
through to development, engagement and retention.
- Act
as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organisational
design, workforce planning, culture, capability uplift, influence and
control outcomes.
- Drive
engagement, wellbeing and leadership effectiveness initiatives that
enhance employee experience and performance.
- Design
and embed automation, workflows and self-service solutions to reduce
manual administration and lift productivity across people processes.
- Partner
with leaders to uplift performance through structured frameworks (OKRs,
check-ins, development plans) and coaching.
- Own
and drive recruitment outcomes, reducing reliance on agency spend while
building strong internal pipelines.
- Ensure
alignment with Fair Work, employment legislation, and best-practice HR
processes.

years of hands-on HR generalist experience enough to navigate complex ER
matters, not just policy questions

- A

who enjoys building systems, improving processes and leveraging technology
(including HRIS and AI tools)
Experience
in technology, managed services or professional services environments is highly
desirable.
