Position Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant you will lead technical implementations from discovery through to hypercare, ensuring a smooth, structured, and high-quality experience for our clients.

This role is a progression from Implementation Consultant, designed for individuals with 6+ years of implementation experience who are ready to manage multiple standard projects and where required some complex projects whilst guiding and mentoring associate and technical consultants. In conjunction with the Lead Implementation Consultant you will oversee technical solution configuration, act as the senior technical lead for standard client implementations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding with standard and complex clientsincluding installation, connectivity, configuration, and troubleshooting of all Redmap solutions.
  • Take responsibility for every projecthaving the environment delivered within Service Level Agreement timelines.
  • Where required to act as the senior technical consultant for complexor high-profile client engagements, ensuring successful ERP integration and solution adoption.
  • Provide advancedtroubleshooting and root cause analysis,liaising with Engineering where required.
  • Design, review,and optimise UAT strategies, ensuringbusiness logic and data flow align with client needs.
  • Mentor Associateand Implementation Consultants, providing coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality review of their work.
  • Collaborate with Lead Implementation Consultants and SolutionManagers to scope technical solutions and validate feasibility.
  • Proactively identify and escalaterisks, with clear status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to solution enhancements, internal best practicedocumentation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and provide technical inputs to define the project delivery strategy and timeline.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in technical implementations or consulting roles.
  • Solid understanding of the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, change management, release management, and the implementation of system changes and additional functionality.
  • Strong expertise of how SaaS tools integrate with ERPs like SAP,NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, D365.
  • Experience mapping operational metrics (e.g., time-based activities, transactions, or usage data) into ERP modules for payroll, billing, or financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, APIs, system integrations, and database solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior client audiences.
  • Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • A solution-focused mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Ideally hold at least one certification in SQL/Data (e.g., DP-900 or equivalent), or in Integration/API (e.g., Postman or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations and industrysecurity standards, ensuringappropriate controls are maintained throughout system migrations and related implementation activities.
