We’re looking for a full-time Chef to join the crew at Red Gum BBQ in Red Hill.

We’re an award-winning BBQ restaurant serving up American-style Southern BBQ, made from scratch with plenty of love (and smoke 🔥).

We’re looking for someone who: 

Loves food and takes pride in what they put on the plate 

Thrives in a busy, fast-paced kitchen 

Is reliable, organised and a great team player 

Wants to learn, develop and grow 

Can keep their cool when the kitchen gets hot

Experience in a busy kitchen is a big plus, but a genuine passion for food, a great attitude and an eagerness to learn matter just as much to us.
