Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, configuration, and customisation of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, preferably with exposure to ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
