About the role

The Sales Development Coordinator is the front-of-house engine of our advisory process.

You will be the first voice clients hear when they reach out to RPW. You will book Discovery sessions, qualify enquiries, manage all pre-meeting administration, coordinate documents, and keep our Portfolio Advisors and Mortgage Advisors running at 80% client-facing utilisation.

This is a structured part-time role — 2.5 days per week (or more) — with clear KPIs, weekly scorecards, and a defined career pathway. Strong performers progress to Mortgage Advisor or Portfolio Advisor positions within 18–24 months, with the option to transition to additional days or full-time as the division scales.

What you will do

  • Answer inbound enquiries, qualify warm leads, and book Discovery sessions with our team
  • Manage all pre-meeting documents preparation
  • Coordinate the client journey from first contact through to Ready
  • Activate warm and nurture pipeline lists to keep Advisor calendars full
  • Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline records in our CRM
  • Process program acceptance — payment confirmation, client portal setup, document onboarding
  • Be the calendar and follow-up discipline of the sales team

What we are looking for

  • 1–2 years min. experience in sales administration, client coordination, customer service in professional services, or a comparable, professional front-of-house role
  • Confident, polished phone manner — you genuinely enjoy speaking with people
  • Exceptional follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM exposure
  • Comfort with structured KPIs, weekly scorecards, and accountability (key)
  • Genuine interest in a career in property, finance, or advisory — this is the entry point
  • Confirmed availability for 2.5 days per week (specific day pattern flexible by negotiation)
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or full unrestricted work rights
