About Us
Racqueteer is Sydney’s largest indoor racquet sports facility, featuring 17 pickleball and padel courts alongside premium amenities designed to bring sport, community, and lifestyle together.
With a growing community, established coaching programs, and a busy calendar of events and tournaments, we’re looking to expand our team as we continue to grow across Sydney.
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Coaching Lead to help deliver and grow our pickleball and padel coaching programs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves developing players, creating engaging coaching experiences, and building a strong community both on and off the court.
You don’t need to be an expert in both sports. We’re looking for someone with strong coaching experience, leadership potential, and a passion for growing the game.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging group clinics, private lessons, and coaching sessions.
- Develop and expand programs for beginners through to competitive players.
- Build player pathways across juniors, adults, and advanced levels.
- Mentor coaches and maintain high coaching standards.
- Support tournaments, social events, and community initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow participation and our coaching offering.
About You
- Coaching experience in pickleball, padel, tennis, or similar racquet sports.
- Confident, engaging, and passionate about player development.
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Available to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
- Coaching qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
