About the
Role

We’re
looking for a Store Manager who is passionate about the outdoors, strong in
leadership, and commercially driven. This is a key leadership role responsible
for driving store performance, developing a high-performing team, and
delivering a world-class customer experience.
You’ll work
closely with the Managing Director to set direction, execute strategy, and
ensure the store consistently meets sales, operational, and cultural
expectations. You’ll also assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of
new team members, helping set them up for success from day one.
What
You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of
Gear Guides to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results
- Driving sales performance, KPIs,
and profitability while building a positive, accountable team culture
- Championing the Racers Edge
selling experience and ensuring P.A.S.S is executed daily
- Assisting with recruitment,
onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Managing inventory performance,
purchasing, stock accuracy, and open orders
- Ensuring Health & Safety
compliance and operational excellence across the store
- Supporting marketing
initiatives, events, community relationships, and brand presence
- Contributing to strategic
planning, innovation, and long-term business growth
