We’re looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on team player to help bring our brand to life online and in the community. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves digital content, and gets a buzz from helping customers find the perfect gear for their next adventure.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with uploading products and ensuring our Shopify store is accurate, optimised, and easy to navigate
• Create, edit, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Engage with our online community, respond to messages, and curate user-generated content for wider campaigns
• Assist with ecommerce fulfilment, returns, courier liaison, and stock solutions to keep things running smoothly
• Support CRM initiatives, monitor customer feedback, and help drive retention through campaigns and personalised communications
• Coordinate ambassador programs, track deliverables, and support events, sponsorships, and local partnerships
