Featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom twin-key layouts, we offer corporate, leisure, and medical guests a welcoming home-away-from-home where “Everyone deserves a place to be themselves. At Quest on Wickham Terrace, we’re looking for dependable Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

The Role

Our housekeepers are vital to ensuring positive guest experiences and delivering our brand purpose: “We make corporate stays effortless.” Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing studio, one-bedroom, and multi-room apartments to strict Quest brand standards, replenishing guest amenities, servicing public areas, supporting our ESG initiatives (such as Hotels for Trees and Soap Aid), and reporting maintenance requirements promptly.

The Ideal Candidate

• A responsible, can-do attitude with an eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly regarded, though full training on Quest brand standards will be provided.
• Physically fit, reliable, able to work quickly and efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Available for weekday and weekend rostered shifts, with valid Australian working entitlements.
