We are seeking a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to join our property leadership team on a part-time / casual basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor, this role combines daily apartment inspections and hands-on servicing with team coordination. You will help supervise room attendants, manage daily apartment allocations and linen controls, inspect departures and stay-overs to guarantee brand compliance, and support training and workplace health and safety. You will ensure apartments are presented impeccably to support our mission: “We make corporate stays effortless.”

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven housekeeping experience within the accommodation sector, paired with strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Immense pride in presentation standards, ability to work effectively under time constraints, and commitment to fostering a positive, supportive environment for your team.
• Prior experience leading or inspecting rooms in a hotel or serviced apartment business is an advantage.
• Must be available across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, and possess valid Australian working rights.
