The Opportunity

This role is primarily focused on inbound sales and customer service – responding to enquiries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring every interaction reflects QTank’s high standards. At the same time, you’ll have the chance to own and grow a market segment, with recognition and rewards for driving results.

Based at our Brendale head office, you’ll be the key link between customers and QTank, helping retail, builders, plumbers, and rural suppliers access quality, Queensland-made water tanks.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Take ownership of a defined market segment and develop opportunities within it.
  • Support the wider sales team by providing product information, training, and customer support.
  • Balance customer service with proactive follow-up to convert enquiries into sales.
