About Purple House
Purple House was established 25 years ago by Aboriginal communities to support people receiving dialysis to return home to Country and remain connected to family, culture and community. Since commencing dialysis services in Kintore in 2004, we have grown to deliver culturally safe dialysis and support services across more than 22 remote communities in the Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia, alongside mobile dialysis, aged care, NDIS, primary health, social support and community-led social enterprise programs.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Territory Equipment Program registration, or ability to obtain registration
- Understanding of, and experience working within, the primary healthcare system
- Experience supporting people with end-stage renal disease and a range of complex co-morbidities, including aged care, chronic disease, musculoskeletal conditions and disability
- Strong cross-cultural and professional communication skills, including highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Ability to work confidently and effectively as a sole clinician
