Casual Learning & Development Administrator – Maternity Leave Cover (Casual)

ProTen is seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Administrator to provide maternity leave coverage within our team. In this role, you’ll support the coordination of training, onboarding, compliance requirements and learning records across the business. You’ll work closely with employees, managers and training providers to ensure training activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training bookings, schedules and communications
  • Maintain training records, licences and compliance information
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development function

 

About you:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work independently

 

This is a casual maternity leave relief position offering flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to support the growth and development of employees across our national operations. Based in Griffith, NSW.
