About the role
We are looking for Farm Hands to join our teams in current vacancies on our Griffith, Narrandera, Rankin Springs, Goolgowi & Hanwood Farms. You will be working alongside managers with day-to-day work on the poultry farms. With the scope to progress into future management roles. Duties will include but not limited to:
• Working as part of an effective and efficient team, including following direction from farm manager and assistant farm manager
• Working with livestock daily and making sure bird health and wellbeing is excellent.
• Daily shed routine checks, record keeping, grounds maintenance
• Completing minor repairs, reporting repairs to be made.
• Making sure company policies and biosecurity measures are followed at all times.

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Previous experience with Poultry Farming is not essential but would be highly regarded.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to farm management.
• High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, promoting a positive WHS culture.
• Physical fitness to perform farm duties, supported by a pre-employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol testing).
• The right to work in Australia.
