As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist based in the Philippines to provide high-quality administrative and customer support to our Australian Sales Team.
About the Role
This is a full-time Independent Contractor opportunity for a Philippines-based professional who will work remotely and collaborate closely with our team in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will provide professional customer service support, manage sales administration activities, and assist our Sales Team in delivering excellent service to our clients.
This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Follow up sales leads, quotations, and customer requests
- Assist with sample requests and customer communications
- Maintain accurate customer records and database information
- Complete sales-related administration and documentation promptly
- Assist with improving sales processes and procedures
- Provide timely updates and support to internal stakeholders
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in handling customer enquiries and communicating professionally with Australian clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to customer needs efficiently
Skills & Experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using customer databases, CRM systems, or ERP systems is advantageous
- Previous experience supporting international customers or Australian businesses is highly regarded
- Experience with NetSuite is desirable but not essential
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience or accounting background is advantageous

Timezone: Must be available during Western Australia business hours (AWST). There is no timezone difference between the Philippines and Western Australia.
